Zakład Mięsny WASĄG is a family business located in the Lublin region, near the Roztoczański National Park. Since 2004, Wasąg has been engaged in ecological production. We are one of the largest producers of ecological cold meats and meats in Poland.

We are a small, family company from Lodz. What we do is produce preserves and bread using traditional methods. We neither use preservatives nor flavour enhancers. Pure nature. Original flavour combinations e.g chilli jam is what distinguishes us. Our preserves are excellent additions to meat, cheese, grilled vegetables or fish but they can also be dishes by themselves. Only we will provide you with sweet vegetables, spicy fruit or vegetable jam. What is worth mentioning is that we add minimum of sugar. In our offer you will find spicy, sweet, sour and salty preserves. Our bread is produced in small amounts based on sourdough with really interesting additives, e.g chilli, olives or cranberry. We also offer bread that is gluten free. The assortment changes depending on the season and fruit and vegetables available during it. That is why it is a good idea to visit us regularly as the amount of preserves is limited.

We are local manufacturer of fermented products based in Gdynia (Pomerania region). We produce plant based beetroot kvass, kimchi and kombucha. We are BIO certified company with International Vegan Label. We look for cooperation with healthy food stores and resellers.
