    Family Organic Farm ""FIGA"" from Mszana is located on the border of the Lower Beskids and the Bieszczady Mountains in the Dukla Pass since 1991.

    The farm has an area of approx. 130 ha.

    Our grazing areas are one of the cleanest natural places in Poland. Thanks to this, milk from our animals is aromatic and full of nutritional values.

    The farm's specialty is the production of organic cheeses using the traditional method from unpasteurized milk.

    The microflora of unprocessed food depends on environmental conditions. Microorganisms create specific environments for us in our body, supporting the proper metabolic and health functions of humans. Our traditional cheese is made from raw milk using natural microorganisms from local environment. The microbiological evaluation of our traditional curd cheese in the research carried out by the researchers from IBPRS and SGGW showed a high level of lactic acid microorganisms (Lactobacillus sp. Bifidobacterium and others) with good technological and nutritional properties.

    In addition, our products using traditional methods are characterized by an original, full milk flavor. This taste is mainly due to the use of the highest quality raw milk and recipes used in production. Another characteristic feature is the manufacturing process - the manual production of cheese.
